Satisfaction Guaranteed! You have the right to receive your products in good condition. If you are not entirely satisfied with their condition when you have received them, you may send them back to us and we will happily provide you with replacement. (Delivery fees are non-refundable) Please Note: Delivery: Refer to Delivery for goods despatched with an independent transport company. Custom Work: No responsibility is taken for custom pieces if the measurements provided are incorrect. We require a written instruction for measurements to ensure accuracy. Ordering Colour Options: We endeavour to colour match to samples provided however an exact match can not be guaranteed. Payment Options A Deposit of 50% is required before your order can be processed. The balance is payable prior to delivery. Payment available on Visa, Mastercard, Eftpos and Internet Banking. Instore payments using Farmers Finance Card and Q Card now available. Interest Free option applies for terms of 6 months on orders $1000 and over. Cancellations Cancellations will be accepted with no charge if received within 24 hours of order confirmation. A NZ$100 fee will be charged for cancellations received after that time. Customised orders may incur up to 50% cancellation fee if the order is underway. Currency All prices are based on New Zealand currency (NZ$). Prices include GST (New Zealand Goods and Services Tax) where applicable. Delivery Time We can delivery to most locations within New Zealand please call to discuss options. Furniture items may be available for immediate dispatch. However not all lines may currently be in stock so please allow approx 4-6 weeks for delivery, or 6-7 weeks for bunks. We can keep you updated on estimated delivery dates if required. Delivery will be made to the place specified on your order. If you give an incorrect address or you are not home at the specified time to receive the order costs associated with this will be charged to the purchaser. You are welcome to organise your own freight if preferred. Prices quoted do not include freight. Freight will be added via the shopping cart based on the location and type of order. FAILURE TO ADVISE OF MISSING PIECES OR TRANSIT DAMAGE WITHIN THIS TIME FRAME MAY LEAD TO NON ACCEPTANCE OF A CLAIM UNDER THE CARRIAGE OF GOODS ACT. PLEASE NOTE: Delivery is to in the door only. Delivery staff are not able to assemble furniture.Collecting Yourself You are welcome to collect your products from our showroom, however we request that two able bodied people are available to lift the heavy pieces. The items been collected will be unwrapped for inspection prior to their removal as no claims for damage caused after the products have been uplifted will be accepted by Tesori. Credit Card Payments As a security measure, prior to processing your order we may contact you to manually confirm your address and credit card details. The balance will be processed on the card number supplied upon advise of despatch of the order unless advised otherwise. Privacy Policy We will not retain or pass your details on to any other company or third party organisation.
